Physician Services Clinic Manager - Watertown Regional Medical Center

Full Time / Monday through Friday

The Physician Services Clinic Manager is responsible for all business operations of multiple clinic sites including management of staff FTE within budget and management of other expenses to remain within budget.  The Clinic Manager is also responsible for all employee relations activities including selection, This position works in collaboration with the Director of Primary Care and recognizes their role as the primary contact for all business operation issues. Continual communication with patients, providers and staff is essential.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred , OR an Associates Degree along with at least 3 years’ Clinic supervisory experience.

Experience: 

  • Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred.  Experience in a healthcare office setting highly preferred.

Requires:

  • Critical thinking skills
  • Decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

Willing to travel between clinic locations: Waterloo, Juneau and Watertown.
