• Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): We have ERGs open to all team members. These are groups that join together in their workplace based on shared characteristics or life experiences.  
• Clinical Ladder Program: This program was created to recognize outstanding clinical staff members and encourage professional growth in the workplace every day.  
• Scholarship of Hope: The Scholarship of HOPE has partnered with Purdue University Global to establish annual scholarships for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in an effort to create greater access to education for underrepresented segments of our population.  
• Tuition Advancement Payback Plan: As part of our arrangement with Purdue Global, the Tuition Advancement Payback Plan offers eligible team members the opportunity to pursue online undergraduate and graduate degree programs through Purdue Global at a discounted tuition rate — with ScionHealth subsidizing $5,000 of the tuition cost and advancing team members the remaining tuition cost to be repaid via future payroll deductions.
