Description

Watertown is NOW HIRING for a Clinical Support to work at our Pain Management Clinic!

This is a full-time job working Tuesday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.

As a Clinical Support you will serve as a multi-functional member of the patient care team under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Additionally you will:

  • Support the RN staff through regularly organizing and facilitating two or more functional roles of the patient care plan of which may include the following: Nurse Technician, Unit Secretary, EKG Technician, and Monitor Technician
  • Accurately and promptly communicate with the nursing staff, patient, family, and patient care team as required

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Licenses/Certifications

  • Must be licensed as a C.N.A., Medical Assistant, LPN or EMT certification
  • Basic Life Support, must be obtained within 60 days of hire, required

Experience

  • 6 months of clinical experience, required
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
