Performs phlebotomy functions and non-technical duties in areas including the hospital laboratory, outpatient and off-site services.

Minimum Education
 High school diploma or equivalent - Required

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Licenses:
Completion of a certified phlebotomy training program or nationally recognized Phlebotomist certification
No required license.
BLS (within 3 months of hire)
Minimum Work Experience
Six (6) months of experience preferred.
