Provides direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
QualificationsRequired Skills
Requires: critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Licenses: Must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
Wound Care Certification Preferred. CPR certification. ACLS certification current or to be obtained within 3 months of hire date. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy training and certification will be required to be completed within 6 months of hire date (travel out of state by air is required for this training).
Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
