Ultrasound Tech - Flex - PRN

Logan Regional Medical Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to work in our dynamic Radiology department performing mainly abdomen, small parts, and vascular studies on GE Logic 9 equipment.  This employee will work 3/12 hour day shifts and will be on minimal call on some weekends.

LRMC has a full range of diagnostic imaging, including 3D Mammography, Fluoroscopy, MRI, PET, two 64-slice CT’s, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Densitometry, and Ultrasound. Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound/Radiology school.
• RDMS preferred or RDMS eligible with ability to become registered within 2 years of hire.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner skills with a the ability to educate patients and make them feel comfortable.
• Prefer at least 1 year of Ultrasound experience but willing to consider new graduates.
