This position is accountable for counting and stocking patient supply carts on various nursing units and stickering and putting away the main order and inventory that are delivered. This position will also receive, store, issue materials and equipment.  Takes inventory when needed, posts issue information on the computer.  Posts receiving information on the computer.  Enters issues and receiving information into the computer.  Performs pump cleaning and mail room functions.  Orders items as needed from vendors under the direction of purchasing personnel.

Work Conditions/Hours

Normal hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.  However, schedules may vary in accordance with business necessity.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid professional driver's license & good driving record
  • Knowledge in use of Material Management system is desirable
