Riverton Campus House Supervisor Full Time Day Shift

JOB SUMMARY 

Supervises daily staff activities for assigned areas. Does intake for the Adult Unit.

Reports to: House Supervisor Director

FLSA: Non-exempt

Essential Functions:

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilities staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
• Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Manages people using HR/Performance Management processes and systems to align individual performances to achieve organizational results.

Minimum Education:

• Associates degree required
• Graduate of a Program in Nursing Discipline Bachelors degree in Nursing Preferred

Required Skills:

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Required Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, Handle with Care must be completed within 90 days of hire PASP Certificate within 90 days of hire.
