• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve function and independence
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation professionals
• Supervise therapy assistants, students, and support personnel
• Assist with discharge planning and community resource recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications• Degree from an Occupational Therapy Program, required
• Current Occupational Therapy License as required by the state of practice
• National Board Certification for Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within time frame specified in facility policy
• 1 year preferred
