Open Roles and Sign-On Bonuses

• Registered Nurse (RN) – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Respiratory Therapist (RT) – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Experience RN:

Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program

Licenses/Certification

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse
• BCLS certification required
• ACLS certifications preferred

Experience CNA:

• Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred

• Education

• Completion of course for nursing assistants.

• Licenses/Certification

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification
• BLS Certification

• Experience

• Minimum six months’ experience in acute or long-term care facility.

Experience RT:

Licenses/Certifications

• Current Respiratory Therapy license from the appropriate state licensing body
• Current Certified, Registered Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) credential or a Texas Respiratory Care `Practitioner Certification in compliance with the National Board for Respiratory Care Credential Maintenance Program (CMP)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Experience

• 1 year experience preferred
