Kindred Hospital Dayton is hosting a Walk-In Hiring Event to recruit talented healthcare professionals ready to make a difference. We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated individuals to join our team in ICU, LTAC, Behavioral Health Unit (BHU), and Respiratory Therapy roles.

This is your chance to meet our hiring managers in person, learn more about opportunities at Kindred Hospital, and participate in onsite interviews with an expedited hiring process. Generous sign-on bonuses are available for qualified nursing positions.

Open Roles

• ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus

• LTAC Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• BHU Registered Nurse (RN – Behavioral Health Unit) – Full-Time | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Respiratory Therapist (RT) – PRN | Days & Nights

• Additional RN Opportunities – PRN & Part-Time Roles

Qualifications

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current OH RN Licensure
• Both BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum one year of training and experience in Critical Care

LTAC Registered Nurse (RN)

• Current OH RN Licensure

• BCLS certification required

• ACLS certification preferred

• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred

BHU Registered Nurse (Behavioral Health Unit – RN)

• Current OH RN Licensure

• BCLS certification required

• ACLS certification preferred

• Minimum one year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting

Respiratory Therapist (PRN)

• Registry qualifications as required by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)

• Certified/Registered Respiratory Therapist by NBRC

• Appropriate state licensure

• BCLS and ACLS certifications (must be maintained during employment)

• Minimum one year of hospital RT experience in an acute care setting
