RN Manager

Summary: 

• Clinical Guidance and Staff Development - Provide instruction, mentorship, and oversight to clinical staff to ensure they understand their roles, responsibility, and accountability in patient care.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance - Ensure adherence to best practices, including JCAHO standards, sterile processing protocols, and annual competency for staff.
• Charge Nurse Functionality - Act as a key clinical leader who supports and reinforces best practices under the guidance of our Service Line Administrators.
• Multi-Clinic Support - Work across multiple locations to provide guidance, evaluate clinical processes, and enhance overall patient care.

Qualifications: 

• RN with strong clinical background, BSN preferred
• Proactive leader who can guide without direct management - someone comfortable with coaching staff, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring compliance
• Familiar with regulatory standards, sterile processing, and competency training
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and locations
