Manager- The Bradley Center Physician Practice

Manage the daily operations of the Physician Practice/Group. Ensure the operations of the practice/group runsmoothly, regular staff meetings are held between all departments and physicians, departmental policies andprocedures are maintained and adhered to, and the budget is monitored. Oversee the retention of office andmedical supplies, manage insurance and patient aging sheets, and handle patients within the office. Serve asthe HIPAA coordinator, liaison between physician(s) and insurance companies, Finance, Human Resources,attorneys, third party administrators, and other key contacts.

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required
X Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field X Preferred

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Work Experience
Two (2) years of experience in a high capacity healthcare environment supporting multiple Physicians.
