Student Rad Tech- PRN

We are seeking a Student Radiology Technician to perform the following: Applicant must be an enrolled student and in 2nd year of Radiologic Technology program

• Performs X-rays of patients maintaining a high quality of care.
• Assists in transporting and positioning patients.
• Ensures patient safety.
• Maintains accurate records.
• Maintains supplies and inventory.
• Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.

Minimum Education:

• Applicant must be an enrolled student and in 2nd year of Radiologic Technology program.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
