Job Summary:
Accountable for ensuring that the community and local offices are informed of the services offered by our physician practices, in collaboration with the Director of Physician Services and the Director of Marketing and Communications.
Essential Functions:
• Establishes a high standard of customer service by facilitating referrals, providing information
regarding new clinical programs and services, and introducing new faculty members.
• Collaborates with strategically identified providers to facilitate introductions to community
providers and/or hospital programs, focusing on business development.
• Updates and distributes information for all current and new service lines.
• Develops and maintains a personalized service atmosphere through direct engagement with
key healthcare administrators, physicians, community and business leaders, and influential
residents in the target market.
• Participates in or attends public speaking engagements, trade shows, business meetings, and
seminars to promote the expertise of the CMH and its specific service lines.
• Collaborates with Director of Marketing and Communications, Practice Administrators,
LPN/LVN-Clinic Leads, and Lead, Medical Assistants to streamline services.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations:
• Knowledge of medical office, hospital, outpatient surgery center, or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fundamental knowledge of marketing and sales.
• Approximate percentage of time required to travel: 75%
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
