The individual in this role is responsible for driving growth and enhancing organizational performance by identifying new opportunities, developing collaborative models, and executing targeted marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Growth Development:
Create, identify, and cultivate organizational opportunities that result in incremental growth.
Develop and execute an annual strategic growth plan, aligning with the organization’s goals.
Drives strategies on how to expand our Primary Service and Secondary Service Areas footprint.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and strengthen referral relationships with area providers, Wilmington Physician Groups (WPG), and other networks to optimize referrals for both inpatient and outpatient services.
Serve as a liaison between the organization and the provider community to foster collaboration and alignment.
Marketing and Communication:
Develop and manage marketing and communication strategies to ensure all materials, advertisements, and campaigns reflect the organization’s brand and messaging standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and impactful communications.
Event Management:
Plan and execute both internal and external events that support outreach, public relations, and brand awareness objectives.

Required:
Proven experience in business development, growth, outreach initiatives, and marketing/communications.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and compliance with the organization's Driver Eligibility Policy.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, adapt, and deliver results with insight, persuasion, organization, and strategic thinking.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with adherence to legal, ethical, professional, and educational standards.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory agency standards related to healthcare organizations.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree.
Extensive experience with:
Developing and executing strategic growth plans and business development successes.
Utilizing social media platforms and creating advertising materials.
Building referral relationships with physicians and providers.
Engaging with the medical community, hospitals, and community groups at a strategic level.
A proven track record of success in marketing and communications roles.
