Description

Responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients under the direction of a physician or health care provider.

Assesses, plans and evaluates patient care needs.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.

Assists physician during examination, treatment, and procedures.

Carries out physician's orders.

Qualifications

Required Licenses
Must have current and valid Wyoming LPN License

Minimum Work Experience

1-3 years of RN experience preferred

Required Skills

Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
