Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Registration Requirements:

• Registered or registry eligible by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
• New graduates: must be registered with ARDMS within two years of graduation; all other personnel must be registered with ARDMS within one year of hire  
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography (S)
• Registered as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by the ARDMS within three years of hire.
• Registered in Vascular Sonography (VS) by the ARRT within three years of hire
