Minimum Education

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy – Required
• Master’s Degree in Business Health Administration – Strongly Preferred

License/Certification

• Must be licensed in the State of Texas to practice Pharmacy – Required
• BLS – within 30 days of hire

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy and/or managerial experience – Preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy setting – Required
• Administrative hospital pharmacy experience – Preferred
